Raven’s Point, Wexford, is a beautiful nature reserve

white sands backed by pine forests: it feels Corsican, or Sardinian

(I thought this before I found out that the pines were indeed from Corsica)

Another interesting Wexford beach is Carnivan Bay

close to Baginbun (a fabulous, sheltered swimming beach at high tide)

The view over Carnivan Bay from the cliff is gorgeous when the sun switches the colours on

All good for tranquil, mellow days on the Wexford coast

Wonderful! It does indeed feel Mediterranean
