We had a day out on the Waterford coast, an early start from Dublin

….first stop was Tra na mBó, incredible

felt like arriving on a remote desert island

it was the swim of the year for me

the beaches of the Copper Coast have great character

with their stacks and pyramids

and sunbeam-filled rockpools
